As the project manager, I led the entire process from prototyping and research to design execution. I collaborated closely with the development team to guide the creation of effective solutions. My role involved conducting research, creating prototypes, and designing materials that reflected our brand identity. I also managed both internal and external design initiatives, ensuring that the projects aligned with our goals and delivered strong results.

Self Check-in App – UI Design & Animation Design
I designed a self check-in app for multiple airports worldwide, collaborating with developers and customers. I created the UI and motion design to guide passengers on where and how to place their items. The app was developed to simplify the check-in process after users struggled with existing solutions. After a few months, the improved design has led to fewer failed check-ins and a smoother airport experience.

I have worked on implementing new features into an existing app based on customer needs, improving both functionality and user experience. In addition to this, I led the app’s rebranding, refining its visual identity and aligning it with a stronger, more cohesive user experience. Adapting to an established system came with challenges, but it was a rewarding experience to enhance and refine the app beyond its original design. This project strengthened my ability to balance innovation with constraints, ensuring seamless integration while making the product better than before.
